Yes, all prices are listed on each product page. Our pricing is transparent and includes free nationwide delivery with no hidden fees. If you would like a formal quote or have questions about a specific configuration contact our team and we will get back to you promptly.

Our prices are set fairly from the start with no inflated margins to haggle down from. For single machine purchases the price is the price. However if you are looking at multiple machines, building out a fleet or equipping a crew we are happy to have an honest conversation about what we can do. Get in touch and we will work something out that makes sense for both sides.

No. We do not offer trade ins. All purchases are new machine sales only.

Yes. When you submit an enquiry or call us we will provide a full written quote that breaks down the machine price, any selected attachments and delivery costs. Delivery is free to most locations across Australia. For remote or difficult access areas there may be an additional freight charge or in some cases delivery may not be possible. Either way you will know the full cost before you pay anything.

We accept payment by direct bank transfer (EFT) only. Full payment terms are confirmed in writing before any order is placed. We do not accept credit card, cash or any other payment method.

Delivery

Yes. Free delivery is included on all machine purchases to most locations across Australia including metropolitan and regional areas. Remote locations may incur an additional freight cost which will always be disclosed upfront before you commit to anything. We organise the logistics and keep you updated on timing.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and current stock levels. Generally you can expect your machine within 35 to 40 days from order confirmation, though in some cases it may be longer. We aim to keep it under 60 days in all circumstances. We will confirm an estimated delivery window at the time of your order and keep you updated throughout.

Yes, nationwide means nationwide. We've arranged deliveries to remote stations, mining support sites and regional properties across every state and territory. Speak to us about your location and we'll sort the logistics.

Most machines are delivered on a tilt tray or lowloader truck. You'll need enough space for the truck to safely approach and a level area to offload. If site access is restricted, let us know and we'll find a solution, drive off delivery, local crane hire or alternative drop points can all be arranged.

Yes, self collection is an option if you have appropriate transport. Contact our team to arrange a pickup time. Collection is from our Melbourne location.

Warranty & Support

Our 12 month parts warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. If a covered part fails we will supply the replacement part and provide installation guidance to get you back up and running. Consumables such as tyres, filters, blades and fluids are not covered. See our Warranty page for the full terms.

Contact our team by phone or email with your machine serial number, delivery date and a description of the issue. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of identifying the problem. Do not begin repair work without written approval from us first.

Our warranty covers parts only. If a covered component fails we will send you the replacement part. Labour, installation and any associated costs are at your expense. That is the full extent of the warranty coverage.

After the 12 month period your machine is fully yours to service and maintain as you see fit. We're still available for parts advice and general technical questions.

We don't currently operate a mobile service fleet, but we can connect you with qualified mechanics familiar with our equipment and assist with parts sourcing. This is something we're actively developing, register your interest with our team.

Finance

We're currently developing a rent to own finance program that will allow you to put every payment toward full ownership of the machine. It's not live yet, but you can register your interest now and we'll be in touch as soon as it launches.

Rent to own is a simple ownership path where you make regular payments, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and at the end of the agreed term the machine is yours outright. Unlike a standard rental, every dollar you pay is working toward ownership. There's no large upfront cost and no residual to negotiate at the end.

Absolutely. If you have an existing relationship with a finance broker, bank or equipment lender, we're happy to work with them. We can provide all necessary documentation, specification sheets, invoices and purchase agreements, to support your application.

For outright purchases, a deposit is typically required to confirm your order and reserve the machine. The specific amount and payment terms will be outlined in your written quote. Contact our team for details.

Equipment & Specs

All equipment we supply is brand new. We don't deal in used or refurbished machinery. Every machine comes with a full 12 months parts warranty from the delivery date.

Delta Blue Machinery supplies equipment under our own brand, we're not a dealer for any third party manufacturer. This allows us to price fairly, maintain consistent quality standards and stand fully behind everything we sell without divided loyalties.

We don't operate a showroom. Our team is available to discuss any machine in depth before you commit and detailed specification sheets are available on request.

Standard configuration attachments (e.g. a general purpose bucket on excavators) are included. Additional attachments such as augers, hydraulic hammers, pallet forks and grapples are available as optional extras. Our team can advise on the best attachment package for your intended use.

Licensing requirements vary by machine type and state or territory. In general, a High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) is required to operate forklifts and elevated work platforms commercially in Australia. Mini excavators and loaders may not require formal licensing in all jurisdictions, but safe operation training is strongly recommended. We advise checking with your local regulator before operating any machine on a work site.

What the Warranty Covers

Delta Blue Machinery provides a 12 months parts warranty on all equipment sold, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that exist at the time of purchase and become apparent during normal use.

If a covered part fails we will supply the replacement part free of charge and provide installation guidance. Labour and any installation costs are at the customer's expense.

How to Make a Claim

Email us with your machine serial number, delivery date and a clear description of the issue. Photos help. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the fault being identified.

We Assess and Approve
We review your claim and confirm whether the fault is covered under warranty. We aim to respond within one business day.

Part Shipped to You
Once approved we dispatch the replacement part directly to you. We will also walk you through the installation process so you can get back to work.

What Is Not Covered

The following consumable and wear prone items are excluded from warranty coverage:

Tyres and rubber tracks
Cutting edges, teeth and blades
Filters (oil, air, fuel, hydraulic)
Belts and hoses
Seals and gaskets (wear related)
Pins and bushings (wear related)
Light globes and indicator lamps
Fuses and circuit breakers
Window glass
Buckets and attachments
Lubricants, coolants and fluids
Paint and exterior finish

The warranty is also voided by operator misuse or overloading, unauthorised modifications, use of non approved attachments, damage from collision, fire or flood, and failure to carry out scheduled maintenance.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final once an order is confirmed and payment received. If your machine arrives damaged or is not as described contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.

Delta Blue Machinery is an Australian online equipment retailer. We supply new compact and mid size machinery under our own brand to customers across Australia. All sales are conducted in Australian dollars and are subject to Australian law.

2. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to a confirmed order. Once an order is confirmed in writing the agreed price is fixed.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the website. In the event of a pricing error we will contact you before proceeding with your order.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders begin with an enquiry through our website or by direct contact. No order is binding until confirmed in writing by Delta Blue Machinery and a deposit or full payment has been received.

We accept payment by direct bank transfer (EFT). Full payment terms will be outlined in your written quote. A deposit may be required to confirm your order and secure stock.

Title and ownership of the machine does not pass to you until full payment has been received and cleared.

4. Delivery

We offer free delivery to most locations across mainland Australia. Remote or difficult access locations may be subject to additional freight charges which will be disclosed before your order is confirmed.

Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at the time of order confirmation. These are estimates only and Delta Blue Machinery is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access for delivery at your nominated address.

5. Warranty

All machines sold by Delta Blue Machinery include a 12 months parts warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

The warranty does not cover consumables such as tyres, filters, blades and fluids, or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification or failure to maintain the machine correctly.

Full warranty terms are available on our Warranty page. This warranty is in addition to and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final once the order has been confirmed and payment received.

If your machine arrives damaged or is not as described please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta Blue Machinery's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the machine in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss or damage including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use or inability to use our products.

All content on this website including text, images, graphics and product information is the property of Delta Blue Machinery and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this website but do not warrant that all product descriptions, specifications or pricing are error free at all times.
